Consumer Credit Counseling Services

Debt problems can happen to anyone.

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, job classifications, and salary ranges. The only things they seem to have in common are debt problems and a desire to repay those debts. Services are provided without regard to ability to pay the fee.

Consumer Credit Counseling of Madison (CCCS) is dedicated to helping people help themselves and solve their debt problems through assistance with budget planning, money management, and planned debt liquidation. CCCS also provides education to assist consumers through workshops and presentations in schools, businesses, and community organizations.

Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Madison is a non-profit community action organization. A division of Family Service, we have been serving and celebrating families since 1910.

Our agency is United Way funded and licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

Our counselors are certified by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and are dedicated to providing confidential, professional counseling and money management assitance to finacially distressed families and individuals regardless of race, creed, color, sex, social position, or finacial status.
