If they choose to continue they will register for the program. The program then meets for 7 sessions covering 6 weeks. The week the participants actually quit smoking the group will meet twice. The program is a combination of educational, behavioral, and supportive therapy principles. The cost for the entire program, including materials, is $100.00 per participant.
Is There A Cost For EAP Services?
There is no charge to employees or their dependent family members for services provided by the EAP.
What About Cost If An Employee Is Referred Outside The EAP?
If the problem requires assistance beyond that available directly from the EAP, every effort will be made to refer them to a treatment resource covered by your health insurance plan.
